Angular + Phonegap Template

Install:

• Dependencies: guard (ruby), coffeescript (node.js)

Testing:

• start a server pointing to the root of /app/ and land the index.html page.

Package:

• Create the mobile project on each sub directory located in packager with the phonegap builder
• rake package:mobile[web|mobile,environment,emulator]
