Pivot! This is a big change in direction from the original version. I had some reservations and frustrations with v2. So I went back to the drawing board and tried to think why I started the project. The reason was simple. I liked Umbraco, but didn't like the direction of the back office. So I decided to build what I wish they had. Use Blazor for its strengths and traditional .NET MVC for it's strengths also (Also means I could use AlpineJS which is the only Js framework I like).

The CMS is now traditional .NET MVC in the front end, and an easily customisable Blazor CMS for the backend. Meaning I can use the same conventions I always have, but still use Blazor and all the cool plugins in the CMS. This is a really exciting release for me as I can now see me using this CMS in production for larger sites.

Obviously (And sorry to the maybe 2 people 😆 who were using it) this is a massive breaking change. It is possible to upgrade, it's not as bad as it might seem, I upgraded my own site and it took maybe an hour to recreate the views / controllers etc.... https://lee.uk/
