I wrote this code to fix the bib-files that Mendeley generates for me. It works (for me, at least). Readme lists all of the fixes. This update fixes the improper removal of "file" fields that contain accented names.

I've just posted the windows executable, but you should be able to build from source into anything (only standard C99 headers are used).
