Cancelled by the Instructor

• When cancelling a non-recurring lesson or program, the staff appointment is deleted and the user appointment is purged from the database. The appointment will not appear on the revenue report.
• When cancelling a recurring service instance, the staff and user appointments are deleted. The appointment will still appear on the revenue report. In this instance, the individual appointment should be edited and re-scheduled for another day.
• When cancelling a recurring service series before the first instance has happened, the staff and user appointments are purged from the database. The appointments will not appear on the revenue report.
• When cancelling a recurring service series after the first instance has happened, the staff and user appointments from that point forward are purged from the database, but anything that's happened previously will remain untouched. The untouched appointments will still appear on the revenue report and the future appointments will not.

Cancelled by the Student

• When withdrawing from a non-recurring lesson, the staff and user appointments are purged from the database. The appointment will not appear on the revenue report.
• When withdrawing from a non-recurring program, the user appointment is purged from the database. The appointment will not appear on the revenue report.
• When withdrawing from a recurring lesson when the series hasn't begun yet, the staff and user appointments are purged from the database. The appointments will not appear on the revenue report.
• When withdrawing from a recurring program when the series hasn't begun yet, the user appointments are purged from the database. The appointments will not appear on the revenue report.
