Summary

move the Material Symbols stylesheet import from globals.css into the Vite entrypoint
ensures Vite emits the bundled icon font @font-face so dashboard icons render as icons instead of raw text labels

Verification

Authenticated Playwright check against /dashboard using password 123456 showed Material Symbol elements at 24x24 with badCount: 0
npm run build --workspace=frontend
