Hi there 👋 I'm Alessandro Grosselle

🚀 Staff Frontend Developer @ Subito
📍 Based in Brescia, Italy

🧭 About Me

I’m a Staff Front-End Engineer with a strong focus on modern web architectures, performance optimization, and developer growth.
I love exploring new tools, frameworks, and approaches, always driven by data, impact, and simplicity rather than trends.

At Subito, I lead the Web Chapter, helping teams deliver high-quality features that perform and scale.
I work closely with other Staff Engineers to shape our long-term technical vision and promote a culture of measurable innovation.

🧠 “Build with purpose, not just for novelty.”

I also believe that AI won’t replace us, but it will elevate us. Used intelligently, as a companion for reflection and exploration, it helps me (and my team) reach higher levels of clarity, creativity, and impact.
