Format and align blockchain support table for better readability
Add explicit support indicators (✅/❌) for all features
Update Solana's balance support status to ✅
Add complete feature matrix for new chains:
- CSDK, ECLIPSE
- ARBITRUM, BLAST, BOB, BSC, DOT, CYBER, FRAXTAL
- INK, LINEA, LISK, METIS, MODE, NEO
- OPTIMISM, SONIC, WORLDCHAIN, ZORA
Standardize wallet support information
Add PAYG status for all chains

This improves documentation clarity and completeness for supported blockchain networks.
