This is POC to investigate what is necessary in order to issue an NFT for deposts to a pool on Allo and use the NFT for governance.
This PR only includes the part where the NFT is minted to the depositor.
It's POC and untested...
It should deploy using the deploy script, but some small changes may be needed in order to give it the right amount of gas go deploy...
I'm pushing as is, because I'm out of bandwidth for now, and I wanted to seed discussion...
