This project aims to develop a modelling approach to estimate QALY losses, DALYs, and productivity losses associated with long COVID in the Kenya population.
Follow the steps below to run the model prototype:
- Download the R project by clicking on Code on the top right -> Download ZIP
- Unzip the file and save it on your computer.
- Open RStudio, click on File -> Open project -> where you have saved the unzipped folder.
- Go to R folder
- Open markov_model.R
