It wouldn't have prevented it because in this case the pair of actions (upload+download) had to be updated together and dependebot usually sends separate PRs which each would fail. |

Is it possible to have it at least quarterly? Weekly is too often. |

I don't think that makes sense. It's good practice to update soonish, instead of waiting for multiple months. Also these updates happen quite seldomly, so this shouldn't be a problem. |
