Fix isOnMainThread in Sim2

isOnMainThread() method in Net2 checks whether the task is running on the main/network thread or not. This
is done by setting thread_network thread_local object from the thread where Net2::run() is called.

However, in simulation we access the same variable which isn't initialized. This patch just instead of using Sim2::net2::isOnMainThread(), uses its own thread local.

No, got some other issues. Because gRPC threads call onMainThread, in simulator current_process thread_local breaks. I will try to use thread factory feature in gRPC to make them simulation friendly.
