Workflow to plot from pan-cancer TCGA MAF-files the mutational profiles ranked by total burden

This is a Python program in Jupyter Lab to extract data from TCGA MAF-file pan-cancer data and plot mutations in specified genes, ranked by total mutational burden for each of the 96 mutation types in trinucleotide context.
