Revised the SDA and SCL pins in the I2C section, to D18 and D19 (they were D14 and D15)

Hello @Muse95gg you are totally right.
I double checked the minima equivalent tutorial to make sure is coherent.
The team will double check the related documentation and revamp pinouts too if need it, thank you so much for your help!
