Looks good. Test pass on my machine. Travis config looks like the documented tag deploy setup https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/pypi/#Deploying-tags

Add Travis CI support for testing the library's supported APIs with Python 2.7. In addition, add support for automatic package publishing to PyPI. Lastly, skip failing MapQuest test that were failing prior to the bug addressed in #30.
I was unable to find a reference to the original image.

Based on the known working azavea/python-omgeo#33 I used `travis encrypt --add deploy.password` to generate a new secure password value.
