This update adds the ability to retain the split_ratio in memory for each desktop. Changes made: - Update the desktop's split_ratio when changes affect the root. - Prioritize the vertical_fence split_ratio during resizing that involves both horizontal and vertical adjustments. - Update the desktop's split_ratio with the preselection split_ratio if preselected node is the root.
