fix(635): fixed search query for silviculture search

Description

Fixes the silviculture search to align with the package code in Oracle today. It requires some of those tables to be allowed access to our user

• This fix changes the query to align more with the existing package
• Requires [DOCS]: Investigate and generate the full migration of the Silva/Results #606 before this can work
