Update pihole to v6
What does this PR change
Does not install lighttpd anymore as everything is handled by pihole-FTL.
Configure the
pihole.tomlvia the API instead of providing a file as the configuration is much larger, not easily editable with regex replace and using API is the correct way to programmatically do this.Wait till upstream stops patching v6 so frequently as they keep finding critical errors on the migration mechanism.
