Describe the bug
Currently gene search is case sensitive.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to REEV page
  2. Enter brca1
  3. See no search result

Expected behavior
Perform case sensitive search by default.

Additional context
This will require a change to annonars REST API serve.
