adds vpt-core dependency for VPT (#53647)

12:48:11 BIOCONDA INFO (OUT) scikit-image 0.25.0 has requirement pillow>=10.1, but you have pillow 9.4.0.

Is this the error?
I don't know why those packages are called.
Even when I do pip install vpt-segmentation-packing, they are not installed.

The opencv problem might be a bummer, its seems it does not find opencv during testing.

Maybe try adding py-opencv? If this is the dependency it is searching for?

The hosted runner: GitHub Actions 9 lost communication with the server. Anything in your workflow that terminates the runner process, starves it for CPU/Memory, or blocks its network access can cause this error.

The test takes too much time.
conda build . never finishes locally neither.
