• Fixed #6: When checking os.platform() for Windows, we were checking for windows, but the value used by Node.js is win32. See: https://nodejs.org/docs/latest-v16.x/api/os.html#osplatform

This action is intended to be used in monorepos and other repositories with multiple stakeholders where some checks should be required, conditional on the set of paths modified in a pull request.
