Description

In new onboarding brave/brave-core#15637 we allow users to import multiple profiles and want to show progress/status for each one. Need to update existing codebase to allow run multiple imports in parallel and connect it to the onboarding process

Steps to Reproduce

Will be tested during onboarding process, here we just create an api for this.
