fix(PDFService): fix support for target/context PDFs #44

Target and context was not being correctly passed in from the frontend, where this is specified. This PR will fix it.

Looks good. I think we should strive for more consistency with the use of Pydantic Models and API design.

nit: this doesn't feel like good API design. Instead I would have:
target_files: List[UploadFile] and context_files: List[UploadFile]
