Each trial folder follows the same convention: README.md is the entry point, with pointers to overview / scorecard / runbook / handoff docs and a cross-repo artifact table.
Claude Code slash commands are accelerators for these flows. Other agents should
follow AGENTS.md, docs/AGENTS.md, and jira/AGENTS.md manually with the
same templates and artifacts.
