When deploying to GitHub Pages on forked repositories, this fix modifies the workflow so that the base configuration can be set automatically via a CLI setting supported by vite and vitepress.
This makes it so that the user does not have to manually configure or revert any commits made to the configuration file directly, and streamlines the process for previewing changes.
