Changed the wording for OBSControl and modified the "I" portion, fixed a grammar mistake and added the octagonal_sign to be visually added since every other symbol is already visually on that page.
Someone should also verify if the windows built in screen recorder works the same way on windows 11 as it does on 10 and add that to the wiki so it says "This feature is only available on Windows 10 and 11".
