Updates the INFO note about the latest moddable version to 1.37, and adds "however, we recommend using 1.34.2."

As NE, Chroma, PM and Cinema are in queue to BeatMods for 1.37, this has been made kind of redundant for the near future, since we will start recommending 1.37 after they are approved. I will remove the recommend to use 1.34.2 part. |
