CMS - trigger HLT snippets for 2013 and 2015 pp ref

The listings with first and last runs with each trigger have now been generated in https://github.com/katilp/hlt-paths

• 2013: https://github.com/katilp/hlt-paths/blob/main/hlt-paths-2013.txt
• 2015: https://github.com/katilp/hlt-paths/blob/main/hlt-paths-2015.txt

These have been extracted with the scripts in that same repository from a new input file including also 2013 data-taking and HI runs.
As a difference to the earlier ones, the run numbers are only those in validated run ranges.
This has no effect on the end users (who are supposed to consider the validated run only).

These listings can be used to generate the HLT trigger snippets.
