Changes: - Adding benchmark functions - Refactoring BBS implementation. - Moving to sign folder, and split in files. - Refactor naming all. - Reducing mem in signature. - Precompute generators.

Adds multi-message BBS signature scheme.
Compatible with draft-irtf-cfrg-bbs-signatures v09.
BBS specification allows to generate proof of knowledge of signatures, and selective disclosure.
