Thanks for the Pull request - but I think the second link is more appropriate for the page. The emphasis should be on resources in local languages, after all, and the second link has a nice list that also includes links in German. So, could you please just keep that one? Thanks!

I thought there should be resources listet from austria…. and not language specific…
And I think the main language when it goes around coding is Endlish… the ng-drupal website is done by our company and we arbs based in vianna but decided to do it in english because of the reason nearly every coder reads and writes in english, wehen it has something to do with coding…

The main /resources page lists general resources for beginners in English, but we prefer not to be language specific (programming language or framework that is :) ).

The /resources/<country> pages are meant for resources that are written in the local language, so they can be easier to use for teachers. Yes, developers need to be fluent in English, but we're looking for resources that can also be used by non-developers to get beginners excited about coding.
