What was done?

• Added Vehicle Credit pages to flow - added seperate titles for single filers and non single filers
• Added controller and form for vehicle credit
• Added columns to intake for vehicle being purchased and vin number
• Added hub fields for other purchases and vin #
• Filled in pdf fields for other purchases and vin #
• Updated text for home efficiency question in hub to new text in pdf

How to test?

• Added unit tests for pdf fields
• Added unit test for editing 13614c fields in hub for vin # and vehicle purchased
