Update the Mapepire-server version number to 2.1.8.

Sure! There is a couple of new fields in the server response (additional colunn metadata and query execution time). Do you think it would be possible to ship a new version of mapepire-js and bump this as well? Column metadata is merged, and I can open a PR for adding execution time :)

@janfh Sorry for being pedantic, but I also think they should be two PRs:

  1. Update to a newer version of Mapepire-server
  2. Update the client library with brand new features included.

I will ask my colleagues at IBM to make a new client release for Mapepire-server 2.1.8

edit: looks like mapepire-js 0.4.0 has what we need. Let's do that into a separate PR!

@worksofliam : Looks like mapepire-server 2.2.0 is released. Do you want to update this PR to use 2.2.0? I can download the latest mapepire-server.jar and test it with vscode-db2i

@janfh yes - I am in the middle of debugging a big Code for IBM i issue right now, but that will be next thing. Likely tomorrow.
