This PR addresses multiple things:

Fixes a bug in Redshift for group commands (see Grant / revoke in Redshift for groups #9)
When creating a user account, if the role was present in the CSV file, use the same password
Fix various typos
Cast the env variable POSGRA_DB_PORT to an int

Give the possibility to use env variables for a default connection

Possibility to overwrite the default password length

Reuse old password if password saved in file
