とりあえずミニマムで実装しました！
申請フォームを送信すると stretch3 にリダイレクトして利用開始できます。
coderdojo.jp ドメインから stretch3 に遷移すると stretch3 側で API キーが不要になる処理が走ります。一回走れば次回以降は直接 stretch3 を使えます。
確認点としては以下です。
