  V2.0.0 of Relayer will: - Relay all channels on a given path UNLESS otherwise filtered. - The config file will have a different structure in order to accommodate this change - Relayer will fetch chain and path meta-data from cosmos/chain-registry repo - `rly start` will reliably work and not be halted by timeouts - Updates to Readme documentation. Clearly layout how to quickly get up and running with Relayer and document process on new channel creation.
