Additional Information about logrus package error

Adding more details for setup this project, because for new go-user will showing this error:

main.go:8:2: cannot find package "github.com/sirupsen/logrus" in any of:
        /usr/lib/go/src/github.com/sirupsen/logrus (from $GOROOT)
        /home/user/go/src/github.com/sirupsen/logrus (from $GOPATH)

Hey, the setup actually only requires you to run go get in the program directory. If you can change this since the tool assumes you have installed golang, then we can merge.
