  1. Fixing BUG: XFC.1.7 sequences are designated XFC.1.8 in lineages.csv #3034
  2. Fixing PQ.2.5 lineages lacking
  3. Fixing PQ.2.4 description typo

Thanks! I cherrypicked the lineage note commit and fixed the XFC.1.7 and PQ.2.5 bugs!
