Updated lineage notes to include branch information for specific lineages.

While XGC shares C16887T and C29762T with the XFG.4> C16887T, C29762T branch, the 3' ending should not be from PY.2, and it should only have 1 breakpoint. N:I379Trev is also a convergent mutation. |
