add reporting-related and other proposed packages

Added:

• MKpower under Sample Size and Power Calculations,
• clintrialX under General Analysis,
• the Reporting section and included the proposed consort package (close issue Package consort: Create Consort Diagram #17) ,
• several reporting-related packages.

To discuss:

• Now that we've added the Reporting section, would it make sense to move clintrialX and ctrdata from the General Analysis section into this new one?
• The author of ctrdata suggested that it fits best in Meta-Analysis or remains in General Analysis (see comments below).

Please feel free to edit or add any packages you think are relevant.

MKpower: agree with moving to Sample Size and Power Calculations
clintrialx: agree with moving to ClinicalTrials.html#general-analysis
consort and several reporting-related packages.: agree with moving to new category "Reporting"

clintrialX: seems a data query tool specific for clinical trial meta(!)-data, not patient data, while the reporting (summary, graphics) is done with other tools.

ctrdata: also falls into the category data query tools

Corresponding to (chrono)logical flow of clinicial trials (design -> data -> monitoring-> analysis -> reporting) , I suggest another category "Data Generation", which may include also clinical trial data packages, clinical data simulation packages, and query tools to connect to public databases of clinical study (patient) data (lilke ctrdata) and clinical study (meta)-data (like clintrialX). However, until there are more packages for this category, it may make sense to "park" this packages under other categories and subsections.
