The indexes generated by SisoDb is an one time operation from SisoDb. Once generated, it will not touch them again, so you are safe to change them in anyway you want; that fits your needs better.

Schema owner

SisoDb doesn't prefix queries etc. with a certain schema-owner, hence you can make use of custom user logins and to associate specific schemes and user rights to that user.
