Habit stacking is a special form of an implementation intention. Rather than pairing your new habit with a particular time and location, you pair it with a current habit.
The notes taken from "Atom Habit" suggest that Habits are easier to build when they fit into the flow of your life. For example, incorporating a daily exercise routine right after brushing your teeth can help establish consistency.
So a new feature is introduced to organize your habits based on categories, e.g. time of the day.
I understand that it's a bit crazy to inject tags into habit name, but it's the most convenient way for me to update tags.
