feat: add windows shell context menus reg files

Add Open with &Zed explorer shell context menus support.

• This 4 reg files can be imported as you needs, and if import all 4 files will support most of file/dir/dirver cases.

These seem to be scoop installation specific. I suggest adding these registry files as scripts and updating the zed-nightly manifest to run them after installation:
