This pull request introduces two significant updates to our cheat sheets:

1. Added PHP 8.4 features and functionality to the PHP cheat sheet, including:

   • Property hooks for computed properties
   • Asymmetric visibility for properties
   • New array functions (array_find, array_all, array_any, etc.)
   • BCMath object-oriented API and functions
   • New DOM API with HTML5 support
   • Multibyte string functions
   • DateTime improvements
   • And other key PHP 8.4 features

2. Updated Laravel framework cheat sheet with Laravel 12 features and commands.

All new content is written in Bengali to maintain consistency with the rest of the cheat sheets. These updates will help developers stay current with the latest features in both PHP and Laravel.
