Add a ckETH minter test to verify it is not stoppable while it is scraping logs. This test is added on top of an old commit, where the
0.17.2version ofic-cdkis in use, demonstrating that no related change in behavior was introduced by the recent changes inic-cdkup to the currently-deployed0.19.
