NODE-1760
Extend the limited console with some basic functionality:
548530a - Add guestos-console-logs command
c3f24e0 - Add basic network troubleshooting commands
19f17d7 - Add network troubleshooting packages to HostOS prod
Note that the rbash-console can be used for more complex network troubleshooting. And the network troubleshooting package additions will allow NPs to run traceroute and netcat within the rbash-console.
