Create the following directory structure:

- diffpy (directory)
  | - similarity (directory)
      | - metrics (directory)
          | - metric_code.py (compute a particular metric score given CIF1 and CIF2)
      | - tools (directory)
          | - CIF_to_PDF.py (convert CIF file to PDF)
