Description

  • Update core packages (angular 17.3)
  • Run migrations
  • Fix lint issues
  • Run code auto-formatter

This will allow for use of angular signal inputs (required for dashboard development)

Potential breaking changes due to node version requirement updates (still 18 and 20 supported, but minor version may need to be updated)
