Feat: farmer content improvements

Description

This PR covers a number of feedback items received for the direct-to-farmer app version

Main Changes

• Redesign farmer content pages to include smaller footer bar with navigation buttons
• Add support for pinch-zoom interaction throughout app
• Improve climate tool map responsiveness
• Improve use of whitespace throughout all tools in direct-to-farmer mode (improved display on smaller devices)
• Fix video player bug where pressing back button would close the app

Additional Changes

• Improve farmer content data to make it easier to add more custom content into sections
• Fix issue where rotate animation would not show until after rotation (but then also remove from climate tool as no longer recommended to view in landscape)
• Fix issue where tools would return to first screen after swapping between tabs
• Add support for tailwind design system to make it easier to develop responsive designs

Discussion

• Feedback on new farmer navigation system
• Remove display of rotate animation (not sure things necessarily display better in landscape anymore)
• Additional content to add to sections (e.g. instructional text), or additional sections to add - should be easier to have more sections now no longer using tabs
