The content of the target linuxtools-latest.target was updated

Please review the changes and merge if appropriate, or cherry pick individual updates.

The following maven artifacts have been updated:

• org.glassfish.hk2:osgi-resource-locator:jar:1.0.4 has been updated to version 2.4.0
  • additionally requires java.package; org.osgi.framework [1.5.0,2.0.0) compared to the previous version
  • additionally requires java.package; org.glassfish.hk2.osgiresourcelocator 2.4.0 compared to the previous version

Not to be pushed. We don't want 0.0.0 to be hardcoded to version as the project builds against I-builds and this would create endless breakages and updates.

Slightly better now but still picks up pre releases.

Only major updates in the PR. From automation POV this is good. It remains to be seen whether the project can work with this set of dependencies though.

@akurtakov you might want to configure some exclusion rules:
