Build it and tested the different timezones (cross checked some of them to validate the translation between timezones is right). Seems to work fine and looks great.

Description
This pull request introduces a major redesign of the Open Meetings documentation and calendar system. The meeting display now uses a calendar and categorized lists powered by a shared meeting data file, with timezone conversion support for all users. The documentation provides a clear, step-by-step guide for adding new meetings, including details on recurrence patterns, required fields, and category color-coding. Several new dependencies support these features.
