WHAT
Briefly describe what your PR changes, which features it adds/modifies.
Changes in the docs folder and file structure to organize documentation. Changes in the mkdocs.yml file. The documentation website will reflect these changes. These changes are related to issue #152

Improve documentation.
FURTHER NOTES
List other areas of code that have changed but are not necessarily linked to the main feature. This could be method signature changes, package declarations, bugs that were encountered and were fixed inline, etc.
Some sections need to be developed. Mainly How-to-Guides with usage of the SDK (use cases or similar) and sections in the API Reference (Industry Library and Extensions Library)
